Oruama Views.

Oruama Views is situated on a north facing site overlooking the Oruama inlet and the protected bush shore line of Greenhithe. The project seeks to draw on its sheltered and picturesque setting in its delivery of high-quality rental accommodation.

The Botanic is a stunning new retirement village in development in Silverdale for people who desire a life full of purpose, nature, wellbeing and joy.  Director of Well Property; Nathan Buckley led the Development Management team under Matvin Group to deliver the notified resource consent, brand establishment and funding requirements for the first 5 of 15 stages.  Modern, light-filled, spacious and inclusive, The Botanic is the very best in class when it comes to aged care living. Nathan remains vested in the project and looks forward to seeing the village come to fruition.

The Groves, Retail.

The commercial aspect of The Groves mixed use development encompassed a subdivision of land totalling 8,400m² into three separate lots. Director of Well Property; Nathan Buckley led the Development Management team under Matvin Group to deliver the resource consent, funding, sell down and construction management of the various tenancies.

The Groves, Residential.

The residential portion of The Groves mixed use development consisted of 27 terraced houses and 13 Apartments ranging from 50m² to 110m² with one to three bedroom options respectively. Nathan Buckley led the Development Management team under Matvin Group to deliver the consents, funding, sell down and construction management of these well-built homes. They boast architecturally designed layouts, with large stud heights and functional spaces for residents.

Small Road.

This 8ha site included the acquisition of two seperate parcels of land across three years. The land in question posed significant consenting and infrastructure challenges for this site and the wider catchment. Nathan Buckley led the Development Management team under Matvin Group to deliver a watercare pump station, several roading upgrades and other significant extensions to the vector & chorus networks. The yielding lots of land will be home to a 5000sqm commercial precinct, day-care and retirement village.

 

 

The Pod.

This architecturally designed 85sqm pod makes maximum use of space with the raked ceilings, delivering an extremely versatile build. Currently in use as the botanic sales office, this building will adapt for any future requirements. As the development manager at Matvin group - Nathan Buckley led the fit out of this space for the Botanic.
