Nathan Buckley is currently the Portfolio Manager at Equinox Property. Nathan holds a conjoint degree in Property & Commerce from the University of Auckland. With over a decade of experience, he has managed significant projects at The Botanic with Matvin Group, valued between $50m - $250m. Alongside his wife Amelia, Nathan co-founded Well Property, aligning with their mission to offer sustainable, high-quality housing solutions for long-term investment.

Amelia Buckley joins Well Property from an extensive background in the marketing industry. Amelia has been instrumental as a senior project manager in the roll out of solutions and campaigns for some of New Zealand's most iconic brands including Mercury Energy, 2 Degrees, The Warehouse and the New Zealand Olympic Committee. Amelia started her journey in property with her husband Nathan doing up 100 year old Villa in Otahuhu, a real labour of love! Amelia’s keen eye for design and hands on approach to project management, has produced some tremendous results. When, Amelia has some spare time she might be found walking on the beach with her dog, or tending her vegetable garden.
