Nathan holds a conjoint degree in Property and Commerce, majoring in Finance, from the University of Auckland. With more than a decade of experience in property investment and development, he has overseen significant projects for The Botanic and Matvin Group, Equinox capital and other property entities. Project values ranging from $1 million to $250million.

Alongside his wife Amelia, Nathan started Well Property, a family-owned rental business focused on delivering sustainable, high-quality housing solutions for long-term investment. Starting as first home buyers at age 23 with a 100 year old villa in Otahuhu, they have steadily grown their portfolio to nine rental properties across the Auckland region.

A proud young father of three, Nathan is passionate about creating homes and communities designed for long-term living and generational value.

Amelia Buckley brings an extensive background in marketing, design, and project delivery to Well Property. Throughout her career, she has played a key role as a Senior Project Manager in delivering campaigns and digital solutions for some of New Zealand’s most recognised brands, including Mercury Energy, 2degrees, The Warehouse Group, and the New Zealand Olympic Committee.

Amelia’s journey into property began alongside her husband Nathan, renovating a 100 year old villa in Otahuhu — a true labour of love that sparked their passion for property investment and development. Her strong eye for design, attention to detail, and hands on approach to project management have been instrumental in shaping the quality and character of Well Property’s projects.

Outside of work, Amelia is a busy mum of three young children and can often be found at the local beach with her family, or sharing her latest project ideas with Nathan.
